The Dancing Lights is proud to bring back this beloved holiday tradition for our dance family to enjoy! Our dancers look forward to this performance each year! This performance opportunity for dancers of all ages gives our students the opportunity to learn storytelling through dance. As our students take the stage, they tell the story of Clara, a little girl who receives the most special gift on Christmas from her Godfather Drosselmeyer…a beautifully carved Nutcracker! Godfather Drosselmeyer takes Clara and the Nutcracker on a magical journey through the land of the sweets where they meet angels, candy canes, gingerbread, and more! They even get to meet the queen, known as the Sugarplum Fairy.
